Follow safety guidelines every day Emergency Exits are clearly identified with signage and free from boxes or obstacles. Safety Training (i.e., procedures for evacuation, a robbery, etc.) is followed by all staff. A Business Recovery Plan has been shared with the store management team. First Aid Kits are present and visible. Smoke Detectors are present. Fire Extinguishers are present and visible. Ventilation is sufficient in all areas. The Lighting System follows local regulations. Keep team areas separate from stockrooms​ Whenever possible, separate team and product areas by a door (or a curtain) to ensure that food is never in the same room as products. Fridges can be used for drinks only.

There’s a nice smell
Staffroom  If the space allows, dedicate part of the back office to the staffroom and kitchen The staffroom should be welcoming, clean and well equipped (e.g., table and chairs, small kitchen)
💡 If your team area is very close to product stock, ensure cooking smells do not affect FENDI products!
